Well said Jim!  Yet another bit of "pretend science" from unelected dictators with no ties or responsibility to the American people.  If the last few years have taught us anything about the UN/WHO/EU/WEF/COP/etc., it's to believe and do the exact opposite of whatever they say.

Now back to the FT contest, which should allow the WARC bands.
