Comments:

My first ever serious entry to this contest. Spent all week trying to get my new
LPA-Q quad up temporarily. Finally got it up when I took a break between 1330Z
and 1620Z during the contest. Seemed to help my weak signal. CNDX were very
different compared to the ARRL VHF test in June; there was more multi-hop Es in
this test whereas there seemed to be very little or none in the ARRL test. But
in this one, all the E propagation seemed to whittle away after about 2 pm local
time. I do NOT like that 12Z starting/ending time: that's 5 am my time. That
gives Europe two days of potential Es but only one day for NA. This contest
needs to be extended through Sunday; i.e., a 48-hour contest like the other CQWW
contests. Perhaps extend the contest hours, but limit operating time to only 24
hours throughout the contest period?
