Nobody will ever find you down there; use 144.195 or 144.205. I use 
144.200 out here as there's never any other traffic.

Yes, 432.1, or 432.095 or 432.105 when there's too much traffic. Those 
mountain-toppers will easily overwhelm you if they're multi-op and 
calling CQ all the time. Same with 222.1 and 1296.1.

I am attempting to assemble my new 6M beam, but they shipped it missing 
half the boom hardware. Went to the store for replacements today but 
bought the wrong size. I still don't have serious goo on 6M, but maybe 
by September... I do now have a bit more than peanut-whistle goo on 144, 
though.
