A note about CW frequencies in a VHF contest where you are not in an area
with much activity.
I try to use something that is about 2 kHz above the calling frequency
instead of zero beat to it.
That way, people just monitoring the calling frequency with their radio on
USB will hear a tone.
Best of luck to all rovers and participants. Hope to get some good E skip
down to you in SoCal on six meters.
