Comments:

Very strange propagation.  K index started at 4, went to 5, down to 0, then back
up to 5 during the weekend. 15m didn't get good enough to run until Sunday
afternoon.  Not as many semi-rare countries on this time.  3V8 and V5 were nice
finds.
