[SCCC] New VHF/UHF Monthly Contest

Hi,

FYI, there's a new monthly VHF/UHF FT8 contest. It's the North American edition of a contest that's been Europe-centric for the past couple of years. It's held 0000Z-0500Z the first three Thursdays (Wednesday local) of the month on 144, 432 and 1296, respectively. February 1296 edition is Wednesday of this week.
