[SCCC] OT: SOTA 2m/70cm ssb/cw activity

A bit off topic, but a number of folks here are interested in VU weak signal.

The SOTA program occasionally encourages some less frequent thing for
a year.  Once it was 17m operation for example.  For 2026, it's
2m/70cm SSB/CW.  If you have V/U weak signal capability, folks would
appreciate the QSOs.  There's already been quite a bit of activity so
far this year in SoCal.

We posted some notes for the SOTA folks on the W6 SOTA page.  So far,
mostly hanging out around .200, but the Quansheng folks have a habit
of using .100 for CW.
