[SCCC] OT: SOTA 2m/70cm ssb/cw activity

Thank you Drew.  We have a pretty active contingent of SOTA operators in Ventura and LA Counties.  If the club would like, I can send notifications of our planned activations.

One thing to note is that the people behind SOTA have made a requirement to send your SIX character grid square, as distance calculations are part of the equation for the contest/event.
