[SD-User] SD Parallel keying - No signal to radio

I've had the opposite correlation - the shack PC at 9M6A refuses to key
using the LPT port with SD, but happily keys with CT. It's a no-name
built-from-parts 486. I believe this matches with other experiences. There
must be something which CT does, and SD doesn't, surely?
