Thanks for the information.  SD uses the .CTY files as its main reference
for Zone numbers, both CQ and ITU, with a maximum of 1 Zone reference per
country.  For some countries, including UA, SD has some hard-coded rules to
redefine the Zone depending on callsign prefixes.  Please let me know if all
callsigns beginning with RK1N are in Zone 19.  If so, I will change the
code.

Unlike some other contest loggers, SD does not attempt to hold non-standard
Zones for individual callsigns.
