[SD-User] CQWW Logging options

Just a reminder about the "Log On Enter" option in SD, as it's relevant for
the CQWW contest this weekend.

You can use the command LOGONENTER, or just L, to toggle Log On Enter On and
Off.  When it is On, the QSO will be logged if you press Enter after the
callsign - with the default Zone for that country.  If it is Off, you will
be taken to the Zone field. If the Zone is correct, another Enter will log
the QSO. If not - simply type the correct Zone followed by Enter to log the
QSO.

Again, if it is ON and the Zone is incorrect, Tab across and change it -
then press Enter.

If you're not familiar with this feature, set it to Off.  That way, you'll
not log incorrect Zones, but logging will be slightly slower (two Enters
instead of one!)
