[SD-User] Delay using the keyer

Hoy all,

I am not that far yet with SD, took it into service last w-e cqww contest.
But thanks any way for this kind of reflections. It is surely usefull for
some.
Just one thought;
- Once we where told the PC to be a fast idiot!
-Whats in a name? "Assembler".
Pleasantly surprised for what can be done without a  mouse in a well
structured program. It just need some practice.
