Hi Egbert:

A few months ago I purchased SD and was using it in a contest for the first time
when I hit a problem. A couple of hours later I got a telephone call from Paul
EI5DI who solved the problem for me. I too was very, very surprised to receive
such outstanding service. Am I strong supporter of SD? You bet.
