About haf an hour ago I reported a small problem while using SD as a Belgian
participant of the UBA Spring Contest... A few minutes ago I got a telephone
call from Paul EI5DI to solve the problem. Now, that's what I call customer
service! They sure could use guys like Paul at Microsoft, hi...
