ARRL 10m Contest.
    SD updated to recognise USA calls ending in /T
    and /N, and CW QSOs with them score 8 points.

    Alaska and Hawaii are now counted as DX in this
    contest, and ARRL10.MLT has been updated.

JIDX Contest.
    SDCHECK updated to correct Cabrillo log - Zone
    Sent was missing.

SD: Mobiles, rovers, dupes and multipliers for USA
    QSO Parties. (Please refer to release notes for
    V9.88).

    SD now ignores dupe checking on stations signing
    /R (Rovers), and lets you log more than one county
    for a particular callsign.

    A reminder that, if mobiles and rovers are not
    signing /M or /R you should include the county
    code as part of the callsign - for example
    W1AW/NAV.

    PAQP.MLT supplied for the PA QSO Party.

SD: Multi-Op.
    All references to Multi-Op in the setup screen
    have been dropped. SD no longer records specific
    operators for specific QSOs.  The OPR command is
    ignored.
