[SD-User] Cabrillo logs for CQ and ARRL

I've updated SDCHECK to write an X-SUMMARY: tag rather than
CREATED-BY: for summary sheet information not explicitly
defined in the Cabrillo specifications.

You can download the updated SDCHECK from
http://www.ei5di.com/sd/sdcheck.zip

It's entirely possible that the robots will not know about
the X-SUMMARY tag - if only because they have yet to be
re-programmed.  This means you'll get warning messages, but
they can be ignored.

If you'd prefer not to get warning messages, then delete all
X-SUMMARY: lines/records from your .LOG file and re-submit
it.  

If you receive a reference number from the robot, your log
is valid and complete - in spite of any warnings.
