[SD-User] UBA Contest.

The contest takes place this weekend from 1300 UTC Saturday 23rd
February to 1300 UTC Sunday 24th February.

It's CW only - all Bands, 80m to 10m.  Work everyone, and exchange
RST and Serial.  In addition, ON stations will give their Province
abbreviation.  Multipliers are Belgian provinces, Belgian
Prefixes, and DXCC countries in the European Union (for example,
LA is not a multiplier).

Please do not use SD for this contest.  Use SDU, which scores all
QSOs correctly.  SDU is freeware, and anyone can use it.  You can
download the latest version from

ON entrants - use SDU Type 19
DX entrants (outside ON) - use SDU Type 20

SDU is the logger recommended by UBA for this contest, and you are
requested to send your .ALL file (created by SDU), and NOT THE
.LOG FILE CREATED BY SDCHECK.  However, you should use SDCHECK to
create your .SUM file, then complete it with a text editor.
Rename your files to YOURCALL.ALL and YOURCALL.SUM, and email them
to berger@cyc.ucl.ac.be within 30 days.
