Hi All

Yes win 95 and 98 can be slow to reboot depending on the type of PC.

I now run Win XP on a Pentium 4 at 1.7ghz, PC boots from switch on in 90 =
seconds !!!!

As to the questions of how to find the C:/ dos prompt on XP click start =
look under "all programs" then accessories and its there as a short cut =
!!!
