SDCHECK - Cabrillo Logs.
    Cabrillo logs now include an analysis of your
    QSOs, Points and Multipliers by band in the
    Summary (Header) records - using the CREATED-BY
    field which is ignored by the Cabrillo parser.
    
    SDCHECK now gives an option to create Cabrillo
    format logs for all contests, except where this
    format is inappropriate - for example, RSGB and
    other contests with both Serial and Area Code.
    (Cabrillo caters for one or the other, but not
    both, in a single QSO).

WAE Contest - SD Type 9
    When you enter a callsign that should not be
    logged - for example, Europe if you're in EU,
    the callsign colour changes to red, and no QTC
    quota is shown.

    Time and band are recorded for each set of QTCs
    and stored in the .QTC file records.

    Program SDQTC is supplied to format your QTCs
    for submission with your .LOG and .SUM files.
    This program will change for 2003, when it's
    expected Cabrillo will be updated to record
    QTCs.

    NOTE: At present, SD supports QTCs for EU
    entrants only.
    
.CTY files updated.
    The main change is the addition of the OJ prefix
    for Finland - you'll need this to log WRTC2002
    stations in the IARU HF Championship.    

    YV.CTY added - for the Venezuela Independence
    Contest.
