[SD-User] CW Sending

I have been using SD V10.02 for the ROPOCO Contest and have necountered
difficulties.  First of all the sending was very much faster than it had been
set for.  Secondly, I found the sending erratic and, eventually, gave a constant
key down.  This is the first contest for which I have tried using the Windows
version and I am not happy with it as I had to finish the Contest using hand
sending.

Have any other encountered similar problems?
