PE is the correct postal abbreviation for the province of Prince
Edward Island and SD has always abbreviated PEI to PE. In the same
way, SD logs QSOs with VE2 as QC even if you enter PQ - which some
stations still send.

It probably doesn't matter.  However, if you prefer, edit your
Cabrillo log before submission.

This is a feature - and it's unique to SD.  It works for all
contests with area codes - you enter the area code in the
callsign field to see on what bands it's needed. Try entering
any district code in an RSGB contest, or a number between 1
and 40 in CQWW and you'll see what I mean.
