I uploaded a new IOTA country reference file a couple of
days ago as SDIOTA.CTY - an ASCII file.  Depending on your
browser and its settings, this file may not download
properly.  I've now replaced it (there are no changes)
with SDIOTA.ZIP.

You can get it from http://www.ei5di.com/sd/sdiota.zip

If you're using SDI V10.03 and it lets you log VK
stations, then you don't need this file.
