The SIDETONE command toggles between sidetone and actual
keying - I'm not able to provide both at the same time.
This command used to be CWTEST. Similarly, the configuration
file entry is now SD_SIDETONE, where it was SD_CWTEST.

I'll edit the manual to bring it up-to-date.
