[SD-User] Running SD/Win progs in full-screen mode

You should be able to just hit Alt+Enter.

Hmmm doesn't work on a p133 laptop/win98se/SD windows version 10.23 but 
works fine on an xp machine. I get 'This program must be run in a window'
