My greatest sin is lack of patience. I have found the answer,. after entering the outgoing RST one must press Tab and bring the cursor onto in-coming RST before sending the outgoing RST. It then sends the RST as entered on the screen. Sorry to have troubled you all. 73 Charles - GW3SB
