[SD-User] Trouble with V 11.31 on W98SE

I noticed the same at NFD.  We had a problem with the PC clock running slow
when using SD V11. ?? I think it was a PC problem rather than anything to do
with SD, because this particular version of SD ran fine at AFS earlier in
the year, and on the same machine.

However, couldn't put in clock corrections using the Win98 control panel or
Systray while SD was running.  In my case I could force a DOS time
correction, but SD definitely locked the PC completely if I tried to do
anything in control panel.
