SD Type 11 - Contests with no multipliers:
    Added option to assign QSO points separately by
    mode - to improve support for ARRL Field Day.

SD - Dupe indicator:
    When you type a "dupe" callsign, the relevant QSO
    data is highlighted in a QSO/Band window - rather
    then beneath the logging line as before.

SD - King of Spain Contest:
    Updated for new scoring.  New rules mean you can
    work everyone, not just Spanish stations.

SDI - IOTA Contest:
    Summary of Islands by Country and Call Area went
    missing. Fixed.

    Band Analyis updated - for stations already worked.
    White (Bright): IOTA station needed.
    White (Dull)  : non-IOTA station needed.
    Black         : station worked on that band/mode.

Setting Keyer Memories.
    Fixed data entry (# key).
