SDCHECK - Cabrillo:
    Fixed Cabrillo QSO records for the Florida and
    Michigan QSO Parties.

NEQP - New England QSO Party.
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of NEQP.      

NQP - Nebraska QSO Party:  
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of NQP. There is no support
    for 6m and 2m QSOs - or for data modes.

FQP - Florida QSO Party:  
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of FQP.

ARQP - Arkansas QSO Party:  
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of ARQP.

CQP - California QSO Party:  
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of CQP.

POINTS Command:
    Edits QSO points. Broken since V13.01.  Fixed.

    files for both sides of OQP.
