How to change bands?

I was using SDV in the VHF Field Day on 50MHz, went to 2m and SDV
didn't follow. Tried help for B144, B2 type commands but nothing
there. Ended up having to exit the program, then restart SDV,
selecting 144MHz, entering a few QSO's, then repeating the same
procedure for 432MHz etc.

Is band auto-change possible, or have I hit a limitation of
SDV.....or am I doing something wrong?
