The simplest option is to copy your SD folder on the old
PC to a USB drive (memory stick) - and from that to your
new PC. 

Another option is to install SD on the new PC, from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe - then transfer/copy only
your .ALL files from the old PC.
