CW Field Day:
    Added template and code for IRTS scoring - with
    country multipliers.

    There are no multipliers in RSGB NFD.  As each
    QSO is logged, SD now gives a summary of bands
    worked/wanted for that call instead of the
    "normal" country/band analysis.  This lets you
    decide if it's worth moving the station to
    another band.

    However, SD still identifies country "mults",
    as it's useful if you intend to enter the IARU
    Region 1 section hosted by DARC. 

Portugal Day Contest:
    Added support and template for the CT side,
    together with some hard-coded scoring options.
    Updated the existing template for the DX side.

Rig Control Files *.SD:
    Added a record to all .SD files in preparation
    for the implementation of Frequency Set
    parameters - they're hard-coded at present.

Country Files:
    Updated as per AD1C's latest release.

Baltic Contest:
    Added support - with template and hard-coded
    scoring (points per QSO).

ARQP - Arkansas QSO Party:
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of ARQP.      

MAQP - Mid-Atlantic QSO Party:
    Added support - with templates and multiplier
    files for both sides of MAQP.

7QP - DX QSOs:
    Corrected the Area 7 template to count DX 
    countries as multipliers.  Note - SD counts
    them all although the maximum allowed is 10.

    Fixed Cabrillo QSO record format.
