the Problem was ...microHam-CW-keyers did not work ... there was a only 
Pot-setting possible!

some must wrong in setting/rereading cw-speed from SD to MicroHam 
(WinKey)... Port-USB-drivers , Frimware ? or what...
N1mm, UCXlog, did correct..SD did not...(later i have heard , I was was 
not the only one with that problem)

First... you are using K1EL-Winkey alone? ( not microHAM, not 
RigExpert,EZ-Master...) it is to help Paul....
(do not forget .. 13.34 was ONLY pot-speedchange possible with 
microHa-CW-keyer )
