WIA Remembrance Day Contest:
    The two-hour rule implemented in V14.28 did not
    consider mode when checking for dupes.  Fixed.
    Thanks VK7GN.

    Note:  For the purpose of dupe-checking over the
    previous two hours, duplicate QSOs already logged
    on the current band and mode are disregarded when
    comparing times.

In case of problems with V14.29, some older
versions are available from www.ei5di.com/sd/vaults

Note: The latest version of all programs other
than SD is V14.22.

Please test this version of SD before using it in
any contest.  This gives me a chance to fix bugs
before the contest.
