The Russian 160m DX Contest (RDXC) takes place from 2000 to
2359 on Friday 14th December.  It is mixed-mode SSB/CW on
160m.

SD V16.07 supports both sides (Russian and DX) of this
contest - www.ei5di.com.

  Russian entrants - use the "Russian 160m, Home" template.
  All others       - use the "Russian 160m, DX" template.

Work everyone.  Russians send 2-character oblast code.
Others send a Serial.
