[SD-User] Croatian CW Contest

The Croatian CW Contest takes place from 1400 UTC Saturday
15th to 1359 UTC Sunday 16th December.  It is CW-only on the
6 HF contest bands from 10-160m, with LP, QRP and single-band
options for single-ops.

     Select the "Croatian CW" template.

Work everyone.  Exchange Serials.  Mults are CQWW countries
on each band, and there are extra points for QSOs with 9A.

soapbox comments.
