UBA Field Day - SSB:
     Scoring and template updated.

     QSOs with ON stations already registered with
     the UBA score 10 points.  This is controlled
     by the SPECIALCALL parameter in the UBA Field
     Day templates - QUBAFDC.TPL and QUBAFDS.TPL.
     Maintenance of these is the responsibility of
     users.

SAC for Scandinavian Entrants:
     Updated the template, and supplied SACHOME.CTY
     - a country/prefix reference file which groups
     all Scandinavian countries as a single country.

     Introduced the HOMEMULTS template parameter.
     When this is "N", own country QSOs do not
     count as mults.

     The net effect is that inter-Scandinavia QSOs
     may be logged, but do not count for points or
     mults.

SDCHECK:
     In some contests with district code mults, the
     full code was not printed in the Multiplier
     Summary list. Fixed, thanks EI7CC.

CVA Contest:
     Updated to permit logging of MIL, QRP, TEEN
     etc. from PY stations in place of the standard
     2-character district code.

     Fixed the Cabrillo QSO format.

Kansas QSO Party:
     Added support for DX side - outside KS.

SD is free from ei5di.com - please help to spread
the word.

When you install a new version of SD, you will
probably have to increase the size of the default
window to fill your screen.  This should be done
separately for both SD and SDCHECK.

Click on the title bar, or the SD icon, at the top
LHS of the window and select Properties, then Font.
If you have a widescreen (16:9) monitor, select the
Lucida Console font.  For a 4:3 monitor, select the
Consolas font (not available on XP).  Then choose
whatever size of font you prefer.  SD's window
expands or contracts in direct proportion to the
chosen font size.

If you find bugs in V17.13, please send me full
details - pokane at ei5di dot com.  Older versions
are not supported, so please confirm that the
problem exists in this version.

Please let me have your suggestions for changes or
additions.
