Cyril G2HDR reported that the WINKEY command no longer
works to toggle between WinKey and internal CW.

I apologise for not including the following information
in the release notes for V17.29.

   The WINKEY command has been replaced by two separate
   commands - WINKEYON and WINKEYOFF.

What used to happen was that SD disabled WinKey if it
didn't find it, and switched to internal keying.  That
doesn't happen any more, unless you use the WINKEYOFF
command.
