[SD-User] VERSION 17.35?

Just downloaded v17.36, it installs and works fine. But when I close it 
it says SD has been updated to v17.50... If I say 'yes' it of course 
fails to find it on your website.

I remain a bit confused in that on my W7 laptop I am forced to run SD 
as administrator as I get a UAC prompt. This has the added complication 
that if I try to download versions following these prompts it opens my 
administrator account browser which is totally differently set up from 
my user account and I have to hunt for it among the admin account area. 
I know I mentioned this before but got no answer. Surely there should 
be no need to run SD as admin (SDC runs in my user account fine)?
