Zero-Point QSOs:
      On reloading a log, zero-point QSOs were not
      always displayed in red and scored as zero.
      Fixed.

      In the JIDX contest, JD1 QSOs were flagged as
      zero-pointers.  Fixed, thanks VK2AR.

      In CQWW, for second and subsequent own-country
      QSOs on each band, the callsign turns red as you
      type it.  Previously, this happened only after
      the QSO was logged.

SD currently displays zero-point calls in red, as
they are being typed, for

   All Asia
   ARRL DX
   Asia Pacific Sprint
   Commonwealth Contest
   CQWW
   JIDX
   Oceania
   PACC DX
   REF DX
   SPDX
   WAE

When the callsign turns red, the implication is that
QSOs with that country do not count for points or
mults. I intend to add this feature to other contests
as appropriate, with the exception of North American
QSO Parties.
