UKEICC.LST Call History File:
   When calls with country modifiers were stored, for
   example both EA6/GM3ZDH and GM3ZDH, SD ignored the
   country modifier when testing for a callsign match.
   This caused incorrect locator pre-fills in the UKEICC
   80m contests.  Fixed.  Thanks EI2KA and G4DDX.
