[SD-User] Yaesu Rig Control

Users have reported problems with rig control on various Yaesu rigs - 
other than the FTDX series.

I have updated the corresponding code in SD, and the rig-control 
parameter files (.SD).  SD.EXE (V20.10h) and new parameter files may be 
downloaded from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdexe.zip - to replace existing files 
of the same name in your SD folder.

Please let me know if rig control doesn't work with your Yaesu rig - 
it's best to test them in a mixed-mode contest, for example IOTA or IARU HF.
