[SD-User] SD in the RSGB 1.8MHz Contest

SD V21.47, and possibly some earlier versions, has a display error in
pre-filled district codes in the RSGB 1.8MHz Contest. The codes are
displayed one character to the left of the correct position.  This gets
confusing when you're logging the district because, for example, you'll
then see CCH (instead of CH), with the cursor on the second C.

Logging accuracy is not affected.  In this example, CH is logged, not CCH.

However, it's fixed in V21.47 - available now from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe

A reminder that, when logging a UK station that does not have the
district pre-filled, the quickest way to log the exchange (serial and
district) is to enter them both together.  For example, 41CH will be
logged as 041 & CH in their respective fields.

When logging PA stations in the PACC contest (they don't give a serial),
enter zero for the serial and ignore (do not log) their district code.
