I don't know a quick way of doing this.  However, there is a treasure 
trove of up-to-date call history files at

them can be edited to work with SD.

I downloaded this NAQP call-history file - 
https://n1mmwp.hamdocs.com/mmfiles/naqpcw_new-txt/ to my SD folder and 
renamed it as NAQP.LST (to replace the older NAQP.LST).

The downloaded file is full of Commas which need to be replaced with 
Space.  The way to do this is to open the file in Notepad, then Edit - 
Replace - Find What (type a comma) - Replace with (type a single space) 
- select Replace All, then File - Save

It's easier to do than to describe, once you've practiced it a couple of 
times.
