[SECC] SECC meeting at Atlanta Hamfest?

We have not announced one, but we need to have one to allow for the
required attendance at meetings for scores to count.  Also, it would be
good to get together again.  I can't be sure that I can be there
Saturday.  Would someone volunteer to take a roster, chair a discussion,
and report the results to the Reflector?  If so, all we need to do is
get out an announcement of the time and place.  Thanks for any help.
