[SECC] Looking for Communications Quarterly Article

I have ask the ARRL/QEX to make back issues available on CD and was told if 
there was enough interest they would do so. Everyone interested please send 
them a request and maybe we can get access to the back issues.

If you are not interested, you may also send in a request!!
