In a minor update, the club constitution is accessible on the web site.  On
the opening page, there is a hot link in the text that jumps to a simple
page with the text of the constitution, and a back home button.
You probably will have to refresh the page if the link is not at first
visible.
The GQP plaque sponsors list is also updated.

Tomorrow is the last day for email logs and postmarks on regular mail for
GQP.
There are 83 logs in hand.
Scoring will not start until next week... I am in the US/VE Islands party
this weekend, using K4USI, from a couple of islands at Lake Lanier.  (Near
the IOTA frequencies generally, mostly 20M SSB)
