[SECC] SO2R

I'm not the guy to give SO2R advice yet!  I've only used it on a
limited basis in SS CW and some casual operating.

By the way, I just received a new Alpha 99 -- I think it's the last
one made by the "original" company.  Hope the new owners keep up the
quality.
