[SECC] WRTC 2002 All SECC Team

I thought I would pass along that I have made my choice for partner for
next year's WRTC-2002 in Finland.  John Laney (K4BAI) and myself will give
it another shot to form an all SECC team.  

Hopefully we will be as fortunate as in 1996 with station selection.  If
so, I think we have the skills to win.
