[SECC] Can people really copy CW?

Dan and all,

I'm on the other side, with a non-4 call.  I have pretty good luck signing
K9AY/GA on CW and "K9AY in Georgia" or "K9AY, Gwinnett County
Georgia" on phone.  Maybe you can try "PSE GA" or "ONLY GA."
