[SECC] Can people really copy CW?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how a station with a 4 call could call
CQ GQP on CW Mode and not get called constantly by out of staters thinking
it is coming from a GA Station?

I have tried 'W4NTI/AL,  W4NTI (pause) ALABAMA or AL,  CQ GA FM AL de
W4NTI'.....ANd still get called by folks that think I'm in GA.

This happens in a lot of state contests also.  Any suggestions folks??
